At MSETS, we recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have developed a refund policy to accommodate cancellations with fairness and transparency.
- Full Refund Eligibility:
- A full refund of all fees paid will be granted if a cancellation notice is provided either via email to msetsllc@gmail.com or via phone at (907) 841-4437.
- Cancellation notice must be received prior to the agreed-upon start date of the class. This includes both the first Monday, Wednesday, or Friday of the month, as well as any mid-month start date.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Once the first day of class for any given month has commenced, fees for that month become non-refundable.
- This policy applies because MSETS reserves a spot for you upon enrollment and has procured and/or assigned curriculum accordingly.
